A traditional beginning
For starters, we’re serving antipasti-style entrees designed to complement the main course. Imagine ricotta-stuffed zucchini flowers with truffle honey or fresh San Daniele prosciutto nestled on a bed of rocket and pecorino – and that’s just the beginning. Our new house bread Panuozzo is a standout. Tyler and the team carefully woodfire the dough, watch it rise and drizzle it with fire-roasted garlic-infused olive oil.
For a fun aperitivo hour, you can pair starters with our signature lemon spritz made with prosecco, lemon sorbet and limoncello.
Meet our new delicious pizzas
Our pizza menu has been pared-back to feature 14 new pizzas, each topped with carefully selected authentic Italian and local ingredients that are full of flavour. Some must-try pizzas include the Carne with locally sourced air-dried pepperoni and the Melanzana topped with smokey wood-fired eggplant, creamy ricotta and crisp basil. Or the classic Margarita, perfectly balanced by juicy San Marzano tomatoes.
It’s not all about toppings though, our dough is the heart of each pizza. Head Chef Tyler has introduced famous Caputo “00” Italian flour and is turning up the woodfired oven to create a perfectly chewy Neoplitan-style base that’s cooked in 90 seconds. Now, fresh pizza will be at your table or door faster than ever before.
Five new traditional pastas
The kitchen are also serving up five new pasta dishes, inspired by traditional flavours. Seafood lovers can indulge in a saffron tiger prawn linguine or a bucatini vongole, a classic southern dish with fresh clams, chilli, garlic, parsley and crisp white wine.
There’s a five-hour milk braised pork ragu paccheri, a creamy, garlic linguine alfredo and a woodfire roasted vegetarian casarecce with gooey ricotta sauce – the hardest decision is choosing which one to try first.
New delicious extras
Incredible new desserts are being served too. Indulge in a vanilla bean panna cotta with summer berries and lemon. Or, increase your daily vegetable intake and try a torta made with rich, decadent chocolate and zucchini.
Our talented bar team have developed a range of creamy gelato milkshakes, available for adults and bambini. Feeling naughty? We can spike your drink with Frangelico liqueur to create an adults-only milkshake that’s irresistible.
